European Bank enhances workplace inclusivity using the Concierge menu

European Financial Institution, a leading European bank with 6,500+ employees across 29 locations, needed a simple way to surface workplace accessibility information as part of its DEI initiatives. Their existing Eptura Engage (Condeco) search only filtered individual space attributes and could not show location-wide features like wheelchair access or lifts, so they engaged vendor Eptura to close this gap.

Eptura implemented the Concierge feature in Eptura Engage (Condeco), tagging spaces in accessible locations and adding an “Accessibility” tile that links to a hosted page with detailed building layouts, parking guidance, and support links. Rolled out in one week across 29 sites, the Eptura solution made accessibility information instantly available, increased adoption in daily workflows, reduced time spent searching and internal support queries, and improved employee experience.
