Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), a Fortune 500 semiconductor manufacturer with 39 facilities, more than 2 million square feet and roughly 10,000 employees, needed to centralize complex facilities management and meet ambitious sustainability and compliance targets. AMD had to monitor dozens of environmental inputs and report on over 250 EH&S data points while pursuing 2020 goals of 25% renewable energy use and a 20% absolute greenhouse gas reduction, so it moved from its legacy Entropy system to Eptura’s Archibus suite (including EH&S, energy management, green building, hazardous materials, mobile and asset/space management).

Eptura implemented Archibus EH&S together with energy management, green building and hazardous materials applications plus mobile and asset/space modules to give AMD global, integrated access to incident, asset, space and environmental data.
