Faced with sudden remote working in 2020, Kellogg’s needed a fast, flexible desk‑booking/workspace solution that preserved employee health and honored a tight reopening timeline.
Eptura implemented a desk‑booking workspace system (piloted with 60 users in Manchester then rolled out to all 10 offices) that lets employees reserve workstations via web or mobile (usage split about 50/50). The solution made staff feel safe returning—helping roughly 2,000 employees—and proved so popular that in at least two offices, 50% reduced capacities were still oversubscribed; it also supports incident reporting and occupancy analytics. Eptura’s implementation became an integral part of Kellogg’s back‑to‑office protocol and is informing wider real‑estate and working‑model decisions.
