E-CigWizard, founded by Ben Potter in 2011, scaled from a single £500 startup to nearly 60 stores in three years through a mix of company-owned and franchised locations. As the network expanded, the business needed a scalable EPOS that gave head office visibility of stock and sales, simplified onboarding for new staff, and supported franchise-specific needs.

Epos Now’s cloud-based Corporate Module and Back Office provided central product control, inventory assignment, sales reporting, and restricted local changes, all accessible remotely (including via smartphone). Combined with the Loyalty Module and MailChimp integration, E‑CigWizard accelerated roll‑outs, improved marketing and customer retention (engaging 53% of loyalty holders), and gained clearer performance insights for both head office and franchisees.
