Clarice House, part of Duncan Bannatyne’s Bannatyne Group, is a collection of luxury health and beauty retreats across Suffolk and Essex that operate bars, cafés, restaurants and spa facilities. The group needed a versatile, customisable EPOS system that could handle multiple service areas and give managers instant access to sales and stock information.
They implemented Epos Now’s cloud-based EPOS, giving site managers Back Office access via laptop or smartphone, plus quick staff onboarding thanks to an intuitive interface. The rollout included 350+ staff swipe cards and 15 readers for fast sign-in/out, and unlimited remote support for rapid issue resolution. The result was smoother, faster service, real-time performance data and such success in F&B that the group plans to extend Epos Now across the spa and other sites.
