The District of Columbia Government's Department of Transportation (DDOT) Selects EPM Live for Project Transparency

The District of Columbia Department of Transportation (DDOT), responsible for planning, building and maintaining the city's transportation infrastructure, needed to meet federally mandated ARRA reporting and provide standardized, transparent project management for 15 stimulus-funded projects — a proof of concept that quickly expanded to cover the department’s entire portfolio of roughly 500 projects.

Innovative-e implemented a Project Coordination and Tracking (PCAT) system using EPM Live with Microsoft Project and SharePoint to centralize project data, publish plans, and enforce process controls. The solution delivered improved budget and schedule visibility, standardized project management, stronger data integrity, better stakeholder communication and greater public transparency, enabling DDOT to maximize ROI and continue managing future projects through the new system.
