IMEX, the global exhibition for incentive travel, meetings and events that draws thousands of exhibitors and hosted buyers, needed a better way to manage complex projects across marketing, planning and development. Project work was fragmented across emailed spreadsheets and ad‑hoc tracking, resulting in poor communication, inefficient resource allocation and limited real‑time project visibility.
With guidance from eNable Consultancy, IMEX implemented EPM Live Workgroup integrated with Microsoft Project and SharePoint to centralize collaboration, task updates, resource management and audit trails. The solution was deployed quickly, boosting team productivity, optimizing return on human resources and improving project control—IMEX is now expanding the platform across internal and external projects.
