Working with PM Providers and EPM Live’s WorkEngine, HMS implemented a SharePoint- and Microsoft Project–integrated Enterprise Project and Work Management solution with real-time reporting, SQL-based reports, dashboards and a Resource Planner that combines project and non-project work for a single view of availability. The rollout delivered daily resource control, clearer portfolio visibility, optimized resource investment and faster, more accurate decision-making, with plans to expand the system into work request, help desk and bug-tracking areas.
