Magee Rehabilitation Hospital turned to ePlus when its aging legacy phone system neared end of life and it needed a more scalable collaboration foundation to support new phone infrastructure, current applications, and future growth. The hospital wanted technology that could improve staff productivity and patient care while preparing for anticipated expansion and new initiatives.

ePlus designed and implemented a complete Cisco-based unified communications and network refresh, including LAN and wireless upgrades, mass notification and paging capabilities, 911 alerts, racks, and a new three-phased power generator. The result was a fully redundant, secure, and scalable platform that improved data center management, strengthened communications, and helped Magee enhance patient care and the overall experience for patients and families.
