Selwood, an innovative engineering business, was struggling with a manual, paper-based recruitment process that created delays, inconsistent candidate experience, and limited visibility for managers and leadership. The company needed a more structured approach to hiring, better candidate communication, and tools to support nationwide recruitment and showcase its values more effectively, so it turned to Eploy and its ATS/e-recruitment platform.

Eploy implemented a full recruitment platform with hiring manager and candidate portals, candidate relationship management, and a paperless requisition workflow.
