Samworth Brothers, the fourth-generation family food producer, needed a better way to manage high-volume recruitment across production and corporate roles. Using spreadsheets and Office 365 had created inconsistencies, heavy manual admin, limited diversity and compliance tracking, and no clear visibility into recruitment performance, so the team selected Eploy’s Applicant Tracking System and Recruitment CRM.
