Case Study: Lancaster University achieves 95% lower agency spend with Eploy ATS

Lancaster University’s Employment Recruitment Service (ERS) needed a better way to connect students with jobs, manage compliance, and support employers across campus and the local area. Using Eploy’s cloud-based ATS and candidate portal, the university aimed to improve employability, reduce manual administration, and offer a fully managed recruitment service.

Eploy implemented automation for job alerts, reminders, CV uploads, screening, and online timesheets, while also helping Lancaster University track recruitment performance and compliance. The results were significant: external agency spend fell by over 95%, engagements grew from 4,433 in 2014/15 to 10,994 in 2017/18, and more than 26,000 hours of student and graduate talent were placed into local SMEs.
