Sunbelt Rentals, part of FTSE 100 Ashtead Group plc, needed to connect its recruitment and HR systems across North America and Canada as part of a digital transformation programme. The company wanted to reduce manual administration, keep headcount and organisational data accurate, and improve the candidate and onboarding experience using Eploy ATS with Workday.

Eploy delivered a dual-tenant integration between Eploy and Workday, using both APIs to sync companies, users, vacancies and placements across the platforms. The solution automated onboarding and data transfer, removed duplicate data entry, improved reporting and HR/payroll accuracy, and saved significant admin time for a team managing over 500 contacts/users.
