Corinthia Hotels, a group of 10 five‑star properties including a landmark London hotel, needed a digital redesign to reflect their “Craftsmanship of Care” luxury brand. The existing site contained the necessary information but lacked the design flair to reach affluent travelers and MICE professionals; the brief was to refresh the brand presentation, immediately convey luxury values, and deliver a best‑in‑class multichannel experience.
Fantastic Thinking rebuilt the site on Episerver 7, using block‑based pages, flexible templates, ASP.NET MVC/Razor and Silverpop integration to give editors control, rapid scalability for microsites and a more user‑friendly CMS. The new site combines large immersive imagery and simplified UX with reusable content blocks; initial results include a dramatically improved brand experience and a more than 7% increase in average revenue per booking.
