University of Skövde, a young university blending academic tradition with modern research, needed to restructure its long-standing Episerver CMS to function as a true communication channel between students and teachers. The challenge was to simplify navigation and search, introduce new ways of working, improve accessibility and 24-hour web support, and refocus the site around the needs of target groups—especially prospective students.

Partnering with Sogeti, the university launched a redesigned site with a new look-and-feel and user-centered navigation that better promotes faculties and supports future initiatives like a student portal and role-based intranet. The relaunch has generated strong positive feedback from students and staff, reinforced the university’s communication strategy, and delivered practical learnings for future projects while helping student engagement and recruitment.
