They needed a consumer‑centric, fully responsive website to improve customer journeys, reduce call‑centre demand through self‑service, increase engagement, capture visitor data and attract new audiences.
Made to engage delivered a redesigned Episerver‑powered site with personalised Visitor Groups, a "My Power NI" dashboard, drag‑and‑drop content blocks, mobile self‑service (including meter reading submissions) and integration with Copernica for automated marketing. Results included a 30% rise in contact form completions, 15% more sessions, mobile traffic +10%, desktop and mobile bounce rates down ~52% and 44% respectively, and over 25,000 online form completions driving significant call‑centre diversion.
