To reduce travel stress and speed up in-terminal purchases, the airport set out to create online touchpoints — including duty‑free pre‑order, flight and passenger info, and parking research/booking — so customers could make quicker buying decisions and pick up goods easily.

By adding e‑commerce functionality and pre‑order/pickup options, Copenhagen Airport made it simple for customers to research and shop from home while still completing purchases in person when needed.
