Case Study: NSPCC achieves digital innovation and personalised user experiences with Episerver

A Episerver Case Study

Preview of the NSPCC Case Study

NSPCC drives digital innovation with their website

The NSPCC, the UK’s leading authority on child abuse and neglect, wanted to modernise its brand and bring the charity to the forefront of digital engagement. Their legacy site was technologically outdated, hid valuable content, had inflexible calls to action and inconsistent design, and couldn’t deliver personalised experiences for the charity’s varied audiences—so they partnered with Episerver premium partner Amaze to drive a digital transformation.

Amaze built a fully responsive, Episerver‑based site that prioritises easy navigation and personalised journeys, surfacing tailored content and clear calls to action. The new site functions as a fundraising hub, rich resource library and frontline advice platform for children, parents and organisations, improving access in critical situations, shifting messaging toward solutions and earning recognition including the Brand Republic Digital Award (Not‑for‑Profit) 2016.
