Kenwood, a global leader in kitchen appliances, needed to modernize its digital channels to boost customer acquisition, loyalty, engagement and support worldwide. The challenge was to deliver a consistent, customer-focused experience across desktop, tablet and mobile, while serving 33 markets in multiple languages and adapting to changing online behaviour.
Netcel built a responsive Episerver CMS site in 23 languages with bespoke tools (including a global marketing campaign toolkit), trained Kenwood’s marketing teams, and added features such as mega navigation, faceted search, 360° product media, product comparison, recipes and an online support centre with repair locator. Within two months of launch mobile visitors rose 216% and non‑brand search referrals increased 106%, driving improved personalization and conversions.
