Janome, the world’s leading sewing machine manufacturer with nearly 1,000 independent U.S. dealers, wanted to build a vibrant online community of sewists and keep customers engaged by promoting user-generated content. Since the launch, engaged users rose 163% (from 40,000 to 104,000) and monthly page views jumped from 86,000 to 674,000, a 647% increase.
