Moody Publishers, the 121-year-old publishing arm of Moody Global Ministries, partnered with THE C2 GROUP to redesign its website and solve a critical e-commerce problem: the site previously redirected customers to a secondary third‑party checkout that confused users and exposed them to competing retailers, while the existing framework blocked full integration with the industry-specific UNISON e-commerce tools. C2’s brief was to consolidate two sites into one cohesive, mobile-friendly experience that restored the Publishers team’s control over online sales and better served a global audience.

Using Episerver and an agile approach, C2 integrated UNISON into a single-site Episerver storefront launched in November 2015—just in time for the holiday peak—delivering a scalable, developer-friendly platform and a central e-commerce manager for products, promotions, and inventory. The redesign produced a seamless, multi-device checkout, improved collaboration and project tracking during development, and earned the site a finalist spot for “Best eCommerce” in the 2015 Episerver North America Website Awards.
