Dublin Bus, Ireland’s largest public transport operator, needed a multilingual, accessible, search‑engine‑friendly and brand‑compliant website to consolidate corporate information, journey planners, timetables, route searches and marketing promotions. The site also had to integrate with existing internal systems and serve as the central timetabling resource for both online and offline publications during a major organisational rebrand.

Biznet IIS implemented a custom Episerver CMS with Episerver Create, Composer and Mail modules plus bespoke .NET route-and-timetable tools, enabling easy content editing, rich media campaigns and XML exports to InDesign. The platform centralised timetable management, automated publishing workflows and improved marketing flexibility—cutting proofing and data‑entry time and saving roughly 5–10 collective hours per timetable edit while delivering a more user‑friendly, scalable information hub.
