Aspen, a global insurance and reinsurance company, needed a complete overhaul of its outdated web presence to reflect an evolved brand and support a complex set of sites — a global homepage, separate insurance and reinsurance sites, a risk-management site, an art gallery site and an iPhone app. The brief focused on creating a rich, differentiated brand experience and increasing user engagement to attract new business while retaining existing clients.
Working with True Digital, Aspen implemented Episerver CMS v6 as a scalable, multi-site platform with workgroup functionality, single-portal management, workflow controls and integrations for SEO, assets and real-time app content. The new system made global content updates simple, improved usability for a small marketing team and enabled richer customer experiences; since launch site visitors are up 15%, pages per visit have doubled, bounce rate is down ~20%, and engagement, conversions and revenue have meaningfully improved.
