CIMA, the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, represents 172,000 members and students across 165 countries and needed to consolidate fragmented content and improve member targeting, content creation and distribution across multiple sites. The organization faced a complex migration challenge—bringing together 20 websites and thousands of RedDot pages into a single, scalable platform.

CIMA migrated to an Episerver CMS with a resilient infrastructure, Google Search enhancements, Siebel CRM integration and single sign‑on, simplifying editorial workflows and enabling permission-based, personalized content. Launched in January 2010, the site made social sharing and updates easier, improved member relevance and access to services, and increased efficiency for non-technical content editors.
