Boxer is a Swedish provider of digital TV subscriptions, broadband and telephone services across the Nordics that needed a more flexible platform and a re‑organized development process to shorten time to market and better support rapid product and marketing expansion. As digital marketing and web sales became a top priority, Boxer required e‑commerce, self‑service portals and tighter backend integrations to make the web channel more effective.

Valtech implemented Episerver CMS as the central digital marketing hub and delivered Danish, Swedish and Finnish sites with e‑commerce, self‑service and integrations to Navision ERP, Microsoft CRM and Cassius OMS on a .NET stack. Combined with agile working processes, the new platform made Boxer's websites the main sales and marketing channel and significantly reduced time to market, enabling faster feature releases and more active digital marketing.
