Bostik, a global provider of adhesive technologies for construction, industrial and consumer markets, needed to serve very different customer groups across 34 countries while maintaining consistent brand, marketing and governance. The challenge was to deliver locally relevant content and digital experiences for varied audiences without fragmenting global strategy or control.

Freestyle Interactive built the Bostik Smart Web Estate on the Episerver Digital Experience Cloud, using a central content pool, COPE (Create Once Publish Everywhere) principles, flexible country templates and Self Optimising Blocks so markets can tailor and test content while staying aligned to a global strategy. The customer-led redesign and search-optimised content drove strong outcomes: organic traffic +62%, average visit length +34%, service pages ranking #1 on Google, 20% more visits to Smart Adhesives and 135% more mobile traffic.
