AMI improves the internal communication

AMI Insurance, a nationwide insurer with 725 staff across 70 branches, two call centres and 23 agencies, faced inconsistent business information and fragmented staff directories stored in multiple locations and mediums. Reliance on email groups and manual policy checks meant there was no consistent, company-wide access to critical information, limiting internal communication.

Working with Intergen, AMI launched Mysite — an Episerver CMS intranet that centralized news, policies, forms and a custom “AMI Contacts” directory on a Microsoft-compatible, template-driven platform. The intranet created a single, controlled source of up-to-date information, removed duplicated contact lists, improved content consistency and provides a scalable integration point for future business applications.
