A Non-profit Health-focused Relief and Development Organization Supports Its Efforts with a Restored Digital Experience

Americares is a global, health-focused relief and development organization that delivers medicine, medical supplies and health programs to people affected by poverty and disaster in more than 90 countries and all 50 U.S. states. During a comprehensive brand rebuild, Americares needed to reinvent its website to reflect the new look and support greater interactivity and engagement — and it had to be done on an extremely compressed timeline.

Verndale partnered with Americares and design agency Harley & Company to deliver a new site on Episerver Digital Experience Cloud within 12 weeks, providing strategic support, content-author training and a Mapbox template to highlight service territories. The finished site became a dynamic brand hub with interactive imagery and modules for online support and immediate disaster communication, improving education about the organization’s work and increasing visitor involvement and engagement.
