The Andersons, Inc., a Fortune 500 agribusiness, engaged The C2 Group to redesign andersonsgrain.com to improve customer service, capture better site intelligence, and deliver personalized experiences that drive new memberships. The existing site suffered from inconsistent structure, poor mobile support, unclear paths to pricing and product information, no single sign-on with the GRAINweb member portal, and a CMS that made content reuse and digital marketing difficult.

C2 used user research and visual analytics to create a fully responsive, brand-aligned site with improved data visualization, a "Freedom" pricing calculator, live iNET and Google Maps integrations for weather, market data and locations, and ADFS single sign-on to unify andersonsgrain.com with GRAINweb. The site was rebuilt on a customized Episerver CMS with visitor-group personalization and metered content to drive registrations; post-launch testing showed users navigated more easily and completed routine tasks (finding elevators, market info) more quickly, supporting continued business growth.
