A flexible website for members

The Financial Services Forum (FSF), a membership body with an online presence since 2000, needed a more flexible website that fully leveraged its Salesforce CRM to let members share data, manage profiles and focus on areas of interest. The existing site offered limited in-house edits and lacked personalization, membership-tier control and seamless CRM integration.

Netcel implemented Episerver CMS integrated with Salesforce to deliver a dynamic, personalized site that lets members update profiles, access tiered content, and search consolidated data sources while editors manage content easily. The relaunch centralized databases, cut duplicate data entry and costs, improved usability and scalability, and drove substantially higher visitor numbers and greater interest in FSF events and membership services.
