They turned to their existing vendor, Epiq, for a solution using the AACER Filer Match and Notify service.
Epiq's solution utilized the full social security numbers from Flagstar's customer list to automatically find exact matches in daily bankruptcy filings. The results were delivered through notification queues, streamlining the identification process. This new approach implemented by Epiq eliminated 50 percent of the time previously required to onboard new filers and start the bankruptcy process.
