Epiq developed a custom database and interactive claims submission platform called Claims Facilitator. This solution tracked the entire claims process, from submission to the distribution of settlement awards, and provided secure, tiered data access. As a result, Epiq’s system efficiently calculated individual monetary awards using a custom matrix and provided comprehensive statistical reporting, while also offering administrative support to 18 plaintiff firms throughout the settlement.
