The solution implemented by Epiq and Hilsoft was a massive, multi-channel campaign that included mailed and emailed notices, publication in thousands of print outlets, and television and radio spots across numerous markets in multiple languages. Epiq also processed over 750,000 records for the medical claims settlement, using data cleanup to dramatically improve accuracy for targeted email notifications. The result was an approved notice plan that reached an estimated 95% of adults in the Gulf Area and over 83% of adults across the United States, ensuring potential class members were informed and could exercise their rights.
