epilot worked with SWTE Netz, a new grid operator for power and natural gas, which needed to establish automated and completely digital processes for house connections and commissioning from the outset. The vendor's epilot cloud platform was selected to provide a future-proof solution that would eliminate paper-based workflows and modernize their operations.

The implemented solution included digital portals for house connections and commissioning, automating the entire process for end customers, installers, and partners. With epilot, SWTE Netz processed approximately 1,300 house connections completely digitally shortly after launch and over 2,600 digital commissionings within the first six months, achieving greater transparency, optimized customer service, and a streamlined experience for all involved.
