Epicosity partnered with Center for Family Medicine, a Sioux Falls, South Dakota clinic facing strong local competition. The challenge was to increase awareness of its quality care, convenient no-appointment-necessary visits, and free language translation services while appealing to a diverse patient base and driving more walk-in business.
Epicosity created a branding campaign built around diverse character-based creative that reflected CFM’s patients and emphasized “walk-ins welcome,” while also overhauling the website to better serve users with simpler scheduling and targeted content. The effort delivered measurable results within two years: Center for Family Medicine doubled scheduled appointments per month, tripled new patients per month, and achieved its goal of increasing walk-in patients from diverse backgrounds.
