Vivax Pharmaceuticals is a Venezuelan pharmaceutical company founded in 1994 that produces around 300 products, best known for its "blue capsule" vitamin E with about 70% market share in that segment. Experiencing rapid growth (40% sales increase from 2006–2007), the company needed to improve processes and inventory reliability to optimize customer service and reduce delivery and invoicing delays.

Working with partner SCS Consultores, Vivax implemented Epicor iScala (finance and logistics modules, later BI and production) in 2006. The ERP brought reliable inventory management, faster invoicing and delivery processes, fewer errors, better cross‑department interaction, and higher customer satisfaction and productivity, enabling the company to respond more effectively to clients during its growth.
