Universal Wiring Systems Ltd, based in Weymouth, Dorset, is a newly formed specialist in aerospace electrical harnessing created when Universal Engineering’s profitable electrical division was sold and relaunched. With a team of more than 25 specialists producing large, technically demanding wiring systems, the company needed to rapidly establish an ERP that reflected its new structure, maintained work-in-progress and cash flow, and delivered accurate real-time data to improve production control and profitability.
