TSC Manufacturing and Supply LLC, the Houston-based distribution arm of TSC Group, supports oil-rig maintenance and consumables across five locations with 54 employees. The company needed better inventory control and full visibility across branches, vessels and containers, and wanted to replace error-prone Excel tracking while supporting multi-company growth.

TSC implemented Epicor Prophet 21 and the Epicor Wireless Warehouse Management Solution to centralize data and automate warehouse processes. As a result they eliminated spreadsheets, shortened cycle counts to weekly 1½–2 hours (from quarterly over a weekend), improved employee productivity and warehouse efficiency, gained integrated pricing/inventory visibility across all sites, developed ~150 custom reports, and increased confidence in live data.
