TIMCO Aerosystems, a Greensboro, NC–based leader in aircraft interior retrofits and overhaul, faced slow, costly engineer-to-order processes because its homegrown system didn’t integrate with CAD. TIMCO implemented Epicor ERP with Epicor PLM to create an integrated digital archive and engineering-to-shop workflow that links CAD, BOMs, and MES. Engineers can now find reusable drawings in minutes (down from 10–20 hours), speed products from design to prototype to finished goods, and deliver higher quality faster—reducing costs, boosting customer responsiveness, increasing demand, and enabling expansion with a new plant.
