The WHITING Group of Canada, an ISO‑certified Ontario manufacturer of transportation-grade rollup doors and LED lighting operating three companies under one roof, needed a single, scalable ERP to replace five disparate systems that required multiple logins and didn’t share data. Their challenge was to consolidate manufacturing, warehouse, CRM and ISO tracking into one integrated platform that would support growth and simplify operations.

Working with Epicor and local partner Six S Partners, WHITING implemented Epicor ERP in phased stages, paired with staff training and a hands‑on implementation team. The result is one system with a single login, real‑time data and customizable dashboards, business process tools, personalized queries and an automated kanban for lean manufacturing — enabling better decision‑making and ongoing phased improvements.
