TAPHANDLES is a Seattle-based specialty manufacturer of handcrafted tap handles founded in 1999. Growing demand and more complex operations left the company needing an ERP that delivered faster response times, broader information access, robust custom reporting, and support for customized business processes without sacrificing performance.

TAPHANDLES migrated to Epicor ERP in September 2014 and saw immediate gains: overall system performance improved (about 10% faster in many areas and inventory management up to 10x faster), system administration was simplified, and teams across manufacturing, inventory, accounting, and design could build complex BAQ-driven reports and scheduled SSRS/PDF outputs. Integration with Epicor Information Worker further streamlined email capture into the ERP, and the company plans to extend automation and customer portals with Epicor Services Connect and Commerce Connect.
