Spahn & Rose is a century-old lumber retailer based in Dubuque, Iowa, operating 25 stores across four states with roughly $99M in annual sales. After five years on the Epicor Falcon system, the company realized it wasn’t leveraging the software fully and engaged Epicor’s Business Accelerator to identify and prioritize improvements.

An on-site consultant delivered a detailed action plan and follow-up coaching, leading to pricing and margin refinements, tracked special-order returns, and activation of the Andersen iQ interface for automated quoting, invoicing and purchasing (saving at least an hour per Andersen order).
