Shrivers Pharmacy is an independently owned Ohio pharmacy founded in 1979 with five locations and 108 employees. The company faced an outdated POS that couldn’t reliably scan prescriptions, required time‑consuming paper signatures and PSE logs, and offered weak reporting and loyalty capabilities.

In 2011 Shrivers implemented Epicor Eagle and Eagle Loyalty, enabling prescription scanning, electronic storage of signed receipts, centralized backroom inventory control, and real‑time reporting. The upgrade saved staff time, improved customer service and inventory accuracy, eliminated paper logs, and supported a competitive loyalty program with 10,639 members (7,476 active in the past six months).
