Sheló NABEL, a fast-growing personal care and cosmetics manufacturer based in Jalisco, Mexico with more than 500,000 affiliates across the US and Mexico, needed to strengthen plant operations and its supply chain after outgrowing an ERP focused on its marketing network. Sheló NABEL selected Epicor Kinetic and went live for plant operations in January 2019, later replacing corporate systems in January 2021. The cloud deployment cut upfront IT costs (no new servers), simplified integration via RESTful APIs, delivered fast performance and automatic updates, reduced bugs and downtime, and provided better visibility and compliance — enabling rapid scalability and positive stakeholder feedback.
