With four branches, 60 employees, about 1,200 customers and roughly $20M in annual sales, the company manages a massive catalog (30,000 stock items, 50,000 web items and many more accessible through its system) that produced roughly 60 million potential price combinations. Service Supply implemented Epicor Prophet 21 with Strategic Pricing in June 2011 (90 days from design to go-live), rolling the rules out to all customers and involving sales leaders in development.
