Productivity Inc., a Minneapolis-based distributor of CNC machine tools and fabrication equipment with 200 employees across three locations, needed to improve accessibility, interactivity, mobility and visibility across its business applications while enabling configurable business rules and tighter process control to support growth and ISO certification.

The company implemented Epicor Prophet 21 with Epicor ICE and the DynaChange Extensibility Series to centralize data and build custom apps. Epicor ICE streamlined tasks like onboarding 3,000 Oktoberfest attendees at seven registration terminals and enabled partner data sharing and a mobile CRM for reps, while DynaChange Rules and Portals (25 rules in production) automated validations and provided role-based transaction views. The result: faster processes, cost and time savings, stronger customer and partner relationships, and better support for ISO-driven processes.
