Northside Pharmacy, an Ohio-based pharmacy with seven locations, was facing challenges with its outdated business management system. Epicor implemented its Eagle platform, including Eagle Loyalty Manager and Eagle Compass. The results were significant, including the automation of a previously manual loyalty program, which reduced the associated reporting time from eight hours to less than one and saved approximately 48 hours of work per month.
