NanaWall Systems, a Corte Madera, California–based maker of precision-engineered operable glass wall systems, faced a sales challenge: highly configurable products were hard to explain and sell, requiring time-consuming custom videos and manual hand-offs between sales and design. The company needed a simpler, visual, self-service way for customers and partners to configure products and for teams to work from a consistent catalog.

By adopting Epicor CPQ (KBMax), NanaWall launched an interactive 3D visual selling experience with a centralized configuration catalog and integrations to Salesforce, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks. Configuration data flows as XML to automate CAD model generation, eliminate manual errors, speed quoting, and enable scalable workflows—resulting in easier self-service configuration, reduced transactional CAD work, and a more efficient sales-to-engineering process.
