Laboratorios Kimiceg is a Venezuelan pharmaceutical manufacturer (est. 1986) that produces nearly 10 million units of generics annually from its Maracay plant. Facing limited growth because its legacy, homegrown systems lacked process integration, the company needed a unified technology platform to improve efficiency across procurement, production and finance.

Kimiceg implemented Epicor ERP in early 2006 (live in 2.5 months), which integrated sales forecasting, MPS/MRP, purchasing, order capture, invoicing and accounting.
