JW Grant is a family-owned builders’ merchant based in Glasgow with four branches serving central Scotland. Founded in 1968, the business needed to speed up and streamline processes and produce accurate stock and financial reports to support growth and daily decision-making.

The company implemented Epicor BisTrack and its Web Track portal, gaining a customised daily financial view, departmental reporting and customer self-service for invoices and pricing. Results included reduced stress and back-office calls, improved budgeting, higher margins, around 70% of customers receiving statements by email, 90% of stock online and a 107% increase in online sales in year two.
